Rotary International requires a growing and sustainable membership base in order to meet the increasing need for volunteer services throughout the world and secure the future of each club. The purpose of the district membership seminar is to prepare club and district leaders to support club and district efforts to sustain and increase their membership base.
The seminar, which focuses on membership issues facing the district, builds on the district assembly, during which club leaders learn about their roles and responsibilities, goal setting, and team building.
