Rotary International recognizes a need for better public relations. The purpose of the district public relations seminar is to prepare club and district leaders to support club and district efforts to increase the public awareness of Rotary and the programs of Rotary.
The seminar, which focuses on public relations issues facing the district, builds on the district assembly, during which club leaders learn about their roles and responsibilities, goal setting, and team building.
