Participants will develop the skills to act as an outside catalyst to a Rotary Club that needs direction:
- Visioning the possible.
- Visions, values, and goals.
- Thinking big.
- Goals objectives benchmarks.
- Strategies and tactics.
- Identifying limiting factors.
- Post seminar assignment: Participate in a Rotary Club intervention session of a Rotary Club other than your own.
